Drafting works offline. Publishing requires an internet connection so the resource can sync to the marketplace database before students can see it.
Purchases stuck waiting on M-Pesa confirmation — usually resolves on its own within a few minutes. If a student shows you their M-Pesa confirmation SMS for one still listed here, enter the receipt code (e.g.
